Nor-Cal Controls provides controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our growing team! As the Contracts Manager , you will analyze and review contracts, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients on the company's behalf. This position is open to in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote work options. The hiring salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000• annually with benefits. Why Join Us? What a successful Contracts Manager will accomplish in the first 90 days Demonstrate understanding of our proposals and contracts by identifying areas of risk and presenting alternatives. Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or law-related field. 3+ years of paralegal or equivalent contract management/administration experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal and technical documents. Construction industry experience preferred; fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment. Proactive self-starter. Negotiation skills. •Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, education, place of residence (if remote), and internal parity.
