DISPOSITIONS MANAGER
Property Sellwise - South Jordan, UT We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Dispositions Manager to join our Property Sellwise team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the sale of our contracted properties — both assignment deals and fix-and-flip listings — by building and maintaining a strong buyer's network, negotiating favorable terms, and closing deals with speed and precision. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven position with significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure layered on top of a stable base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, grow, and manage an active database of qualified cash buyers, investors, and end-buyers Market wholesale and flip properties effectively across multiple channels (email blasts, MLS, social media, buyer calls) Negotiate and execute assignment contracts and purchase agreements in a timely manner Coordinate with acquisition, title, and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth closings Track deal pipeline, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed monthly disposition targets Maintain and update CRM with buyer activity, deal status, and communications Provide market insight and pricing feedback to the acquisitions team
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in real estate dispositions, wholesaling, or investment sales strongly preferred Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable on the phone and in person Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline Familiarity with real estate contracts, assignment agreements, and title processes Proficiency with CRM software and real estate platforms (PropStream, GoHighLevel, etc.) A team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven culture
Compensation and Potential Earnings:
Base salary of $40K annually Potential commissions - 2-3% of all net profit assignments, and 0.5% of total sale price for flip sale listings We provide the training, and systems for you.
