LP Job Summary:

This role supports Federal Program Managers by ensuring contract compliance, minimizing risk, and maximizing revenue for federal and systems integrator programs. The specialist will handle diverse contractual agreements and assist in daily operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on federal contracting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing customer and partner-facing federal contracts. Coordinate contract changes and prepare necessary documentation. Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with federal regulations affecting contracts. Prepare contract deliverables and reports. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Government Procurement forms and process (Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders/SF1449/POD/Acceptance/WAWF). Review and identify order issues and implement resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

5 years of federal contracts experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability and willingness to travel 10% or as needed to other client locations, meeting and client site Understanding of federal contracting processes and regulations. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
