Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support contract administration, grant management, and fiscal operations for a statewide public-sector program. This position plays a key role in managing contracts, monitoring subrecipient performance, reviewing financial documentation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with grant and purchasing requirements. The ideal candidate has strong contract administration experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and amendments. Collaborate with program staff to support contract administration and grant management activities. Monitor contract performance measures, reporting requirements, and funding compliance. Review budgets, budget narratives, and budget justifications for completeness and accuracy. Review monthly invoices and supporting fiscal documentation, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues. Track expenditures, funding balances, invoices, audits, and reporting deadlines. Process contract documents and obtain required approvals and signatures using Adobe Sign. Maintain contract and grant information within the Grant Management System (GMS). Develop and maintain dashboards to track expenditures, contract performance, and project status. Provide guidance to program staff regarding purchasing requirements, contract procedures, and grant compliance. Assist with subrecipient training, contract negotiations, and ongoing contract support. Cross-reference financial and program documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. Support continuous improvement of contract tracking and reporting processes. Required Qualifications Experience with contract administration, grants management, procurement, or program administration. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience reviewing budgets, invoices, and financial documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Grant Management Systems (GMS). Knowledge of public-sector procurement or purchasing requirements. Experience administering contracts for grant-funded programs. Experience using Adobe Sign or other electronic document management systems. Experience creating financial dashboards and tracking reports.
