Job Description
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Accounts for the negotiation, acquisition and management of land and property rights for pipelines and facilities Crafts budgets for growth capital and maintenance projects Mentors other land team members or contract support Collaborates with legal counsel to develop, coordinate and maintain land-related contracts, write and approve legal descriptions and create and maintain other legal documents Develops and implements policies and procedures Represents the company in public hearings, meetings and other external events Supervises and supports large scale maintenance, operations, relocation, and abandonment projects Analyzes real estate developments and transactions; provides input and execution strategies Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:
Required:
High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in oil and gas industry, land, real estate, or legalPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Senior Right of Way Professional certificationOther Requirements:
