Bay Area, California job type: Contract salary: $66.67 - 100.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Direct the program-level contract management function for Our Client, overseeing custom contracting strategies, tooling solutions, and complex contract administration.

Partner with Our Client's business and legal leads to navigate complex operations, mitigate risks, and drive cost-containment efforts for major capital improvement initiatives.

Develop, continuously improve, and enforce deal-to-contract procedures to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strategic alignment with shifting market conditions.

Cultivate strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure productive interactions and resolve complex business and legal risk issues.

Lead global operational initiatives for Our Client by managing budget planning, building contract templates, and optimizing the end-to-end source-to-pay process.
