Job Description

Contract Administrators (Loan Funding & Compliance)
Location:
Onsite (with potential hybrid flexibility)
Start Date:
July 6, 2026 (estimated)
Training & Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (4 weeks)
Work Arrangement:
Fully onsite initially; eligible to work from home one day per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing new contract packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to loan funding. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our contracts while supporting efficient processing and funding operations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with complex financial and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of incoming contract packages to ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Verify all documents are complete, accurate, and properly signed Identify discrepancies, document errors, and escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Assign incomplete or incorrect applications to the Discrepancy Team for dealer follow-up
  • Process and fund contracts that meet all requirements
  • Accurately book funded accounts into the portfolio system
