• Part-time, Contract Help Us Build Referral Relationships for a Growing Psychiatric Practice TriMED Integrative Psychiatry & Sleep Medicine is seeking a polished, relationship-driven Physician Liaison / Provider Relations Specialist to support practice growth as we welcome a new psychiatrist to our physical location.

This is a strategic, part-time contract role for someone who understands healthcare outreach, can represent a medical practice professionally, and can generate measurable referral activity through consistent follow-up and relationship-building. We are not looking for a passive marketing representative. We are looking for someone who can build real referral relationships, communicate our services clearly, and work in a structured, accountable way.

REFERRAL OUTREACH FOCUS

Primary care offices Therapists and counseling practices OB/GYN offices Neurology offices Behavioral health referral sources Select community and professional partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build referral relationships through in-person outreach and structured follow-up communication Represent the practice with professionalism and consistency across referral interactions Communicate the value of our services clearly and credibly to healthcare professionals Identify referral opportunities and maintain ongoing relationship development Track outreach activity, referral relationships, and outcomes in an organized way Provide concise weekly reporting on activity and results to practice leadership Partner with leadership on evolving outreach priorities as the practice grows Services represented include: Adult outpatient psychiatry Complex depression and anxiety care ADHD evaluation and treatment TMS Spravato / esketamine
