Tree Climber

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunity Fannin Tree Farm is seeking an experienced and dependable, bi-lingual Tree Climber / Tree Trimmer to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working at heights, operating safely, and performing professional tree care services including trimming, pruning, and removals. Responsibilities Climb trees using ropes, saddles, lifts, and climbing equipment Perform tree trimming and pruning according to ANSI standards Safely remove trees and large limbs Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and related equipment Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and traffic/safety control Inspect trees for hazards and communicate with crew leaders Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work efficiently as part of a professional tree crew Qualifications Previous tree climbing and tree trimming experience preferred Experience with rigging and tree removals Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time steady work Opportunity for advancement Family-oriented work environment Professional equipment and safety training Overtime opportunities available Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid holidays, sick and vacation time.
