  • What's the Job?
  • + Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements to support data center infrastructure projects + Negotiate easement terms with landowners and external stakeholders + Project manage third-party vendors and suppliers involved in right-of-way and easement acquisition + Partner with legal teams to manage contract workflows and ensure timely execution of agreements + Identify and mitigate risks across regions by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders •What's Needed?
  • + Experience in right-of-way negotiations and easement execution + Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities + Experience working with legal teams on contracts, agreements, and permitting processes + Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders + Knowledge of real estate development, utilities infrastructure, or linear projects (fiber, power, water) •What's in it for me?
