Project Assistant/Data Validation Analyst-100% Remote Contract at TEKsystems in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description TEKsystems is currently seeking a Project Assistant/Data Validation Analyst for a 100% Remote 1-year contract opening. Required experience: + Excel + Data Validation + Project Intake + Reporting Nice to have: + Salesforce experience-pulling/exporting data from Salesforce + Smartsheet Description Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Assistant to support project planning, coordination, and execution for intake . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven to continuously improve processes and outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Organization & Documentation
  • Keep project files, records, and systems meticulously organized and up to date.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related data and communication. Analytical Support
  • Analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Support implementation of process enhancements and best practices. Communication & Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across all project activities. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office, Smartsheets) and/or project management tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be a bonus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
