Services:
+ Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement + Business Enablement + Business Solutions + Project Assurance
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • + Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
+ Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content. + Tracks all proposal responses. + Directs the production of final proposals. + Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner. + Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products. + Extreme attention to detail. + Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. + Ability to work with all levels of staff + Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines.
  • Required Skills
  • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.
  • Working Conditions
  • This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements.
To be successful at PCG, you must: + be available during your set working hours + have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and + be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled.

  • Compensation:
  • Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave
Range:
$60,000 - $72,000 \#LI-AH1 \#LI-remote PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
