Description We are seeking a Proposal Lead to provide 16 weeks of maternity leave coverage supporting the Business Development Services (BDS) team. This is a fully remote, highly autonomous role responsible for leading the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for prospective employer clients evaluating onsite, near-site, virtual care, behavioral health, physical therapy, and other healthcare service offerings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing healthcare-related proposals, be proficient with proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO), or Qvidian, and be able to quickly integrate into the team with minimal training.
