PAY RATE

$18-$28 / hour | W-2 Employment Part-Time Full-Time W-2 Employee

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist with public-sector bids, statements of qualifications, proposal documents, compliance matrices, forms, and submission support for municipal and government clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents for key requirements and deadlines Build proposal checklists and compliance matrices Organize attachments, resumes, references, and capability statements Track deadlines, submission methods, addenda, and required forms Assist with proofreading and formatting final proposal documents

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Good writing, grammar, and proofreading skills Comfortable using Word, Google Docs, PDFs, and spreadsheets Ability to work independently under time-sensitive deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Interest in government contracting, procurement, public works, or environmental consulting

PHYSICAL & COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary to light work primarily computer-based; prolonged sitting at a workstation Ability to use keyboard, mouse, and monitor for extended periods (4-8 hours/day) Visual acuity sufficient to read documents, websites, spreadsheets, and digital screens Effective written and verbal communication via telephone or video conferencing Strong cognitive ability including sustained attention, detail orientation, and structured thinking No heavy lifting required occasional handling of documents up to 10 lbs Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
