Description:
Cycurion is a cybersecurity and technology solutions provider supporting commercial and government clients with mission-critical security, IT, and advisory services. As our team grows, we're looking for a detail-driven, fully remote Revenue Operations Lead to help keep our business development engine running smoothly. The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead supports the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) by managing market-focused business development efforts. Aligned to a specific portfolio, the Manager works closely with the Brand Leader of their assigned vertical on day-to-day execution by keeping revenue activity moving efficiently through administrative, coordination, and reporting support. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency across the firm. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, gets things unstuck, and keeps cross-functional stakeholders aligned. Responsibilities Support the CRO and Brand Leader by managing market-focused business development efforts: Serve as the operational point of contact, keeping the CRO updated on a regular cadence. Partner with the Brand Leader of the vertical on day-to-day priorities (e.g., which deals are moving, what's stuck, and what's coming next) Manage administrative work such as cost estimates, contracts, proposals, and invoices: Build cost estimates and pricing packages, and route them for review and approval. Shepherd contracts through intake, legal review, signature, and recordkeeping. Run the proposal process including tracking deadlines, gathering inputs, assembling documents, and submission. Prepare and track invoices in coordination with finance and contract terms. Align and coordinate sales resources and activities: Gather inputs from finance, delivery, and other relevant teams to support proposals and active deals. Ensure pursuits and pipeline work are prioritized and resourced in line with company direction.
Improve sales efficiency:
Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and stalled opportunities. Maintain and improve templates, content libraries, and tracking infrastructure for the revenue team.
Own CRM and reporting:
Maintain and update customer records, keeping pipeline data current, clean, and reliable. Generate pipeline reports, forecast summaries, and opportunity status updates on a regular cadence. Analyze pipeline and performance data to surface trends, risks, and actionable insights for leadership.
Support team operations:
Organize sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events, including logistics and follow-up documentation. Ensure proposals, pricing, and contracts move through required internal reviews and approvals.
Requirements:
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent. Proven experience in contracting, sales support, coordination, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent), and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. A positive attitude and a proactive approach. Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance may be required. Nice To Have Experience supporting business development in cybersecurity, technology services, government contracting, or professional services. Experience coordinating contract workflows. Experience assembling pricing packages or supporting pricing in a proposal or bid environment. Comfort with deadline-driven, extended availability during active pursuit cycles.
