In this role you will create, integrate and develop customer offerings that meet business needs across the organization, collaborate with potential partners to create project delivery models and supporting agreements to meet business, partner(s) and customer needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes, and calculate the applicable commercial financial measures (margin; cashflow; revenue recognition; NPV; other) for senior management reviews. Job Description As an Advanced Nuclear Commercial Leader (Proposal Manager), you will: Develop Proposals, Cost Estimates, and Pricing Strategies. Support reviews of Terms and Conditions and Customer Purchase Order Be the primary interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities in the Advanced Nuclear business Act as a key component to the cross-functional team consisting of Business Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Sourcing, and Account Managers Present the deal structure and financial models to Business Leadership for approval Develop review material and position papers regarding new unit opportunities for review at GE Vernova (GEV) Power and GEV Corporate levels. Work with points of contact at GEV Power and GEV Corporate to finalize these documents Participate with Nuclear Account Managers and Contract Managers in negotiations with the customer as required Develop customer and partner presentation material describing the financial performance of a specific project, potential funding sources and the recommended project delivery model. Present and explain these models and positions to potential customers and partners. Along with Contract Manager, the Advanced Nuclear Project Director and Product Line Manager, take a lead role in customer contract negotiations Working with potential partners, develop project delivery models that would be acceptable to both the delivery team and customer Establish the proposal or contract review roadmap with a focus on delivery Coordinate subject matter expert reviews of contract documents and financial models (inputs and results), incorporating comments Own deadlines and drive the process to achieve these dates Partner with functional leaders (Marketing / Sales Team) to improve customer satisfaction and bring customer issues directly to the business for resolution Maintain the GEV Customer Relationship Management System (SalesForce) and Cost Estimating tools Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to the "Inquiry to Order" process Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 10 years of directly related experience including 5 years of experience developing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts Desired Characteristics Able to construct mathematical models using Excel; able to edit and revise documents using MS Word, including format revisions for productivity Able to multi-task to support on-going mature contract negotiations, while also developing emerging opportunities Experience working across functions to support complex customer opportunities Ability to influence in a matrixed organization Strong written and oral communication skills Experience supporting customer negotiations and internal governance processes Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and learning agility For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility:

Relocation Assistance Provided:
Yes #LI-Remote - This is a remote position For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility:
discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on August 12, 2026.
