Malabar, FL (100% Remote) As a Subcontractors Specialist you will be: Responsible for the procurement of subcontracts including the management of cost, schedule and performance parameters. Implement sourcing strategies, assesses supplier risk (including financial)and develops mitigation plans. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for achieving goals and objectives. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area. Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area. Communicates with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures Identifies and addresses changes within own job area. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $26 to $ $28/per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
