The Raytheon Air & Space Defense Systems team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead a Navy program within the Mission Systems and Payloads Program Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of existing program. Candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within a complex team environment, with multiple customers as well as internal Raytheon Inter-Organizational teammates. Responsibilities include oversight of a Raytheon production team, operating within a multi-company production and repair facility. Responsibilities will include leading efforts in the full program life cycle, including, but not limited to, proposal/capture management, negotiations, contract execution, and closeout. This position will be responsible for managing contracts are varying levels, including design, development, low-rate initial production, full-rate production, and sustainment/repair. This position is remote with the candidate located in Massachusetts. Travel to Pittsfield MA, as well as Cambridge MA will be required. What You Will Do Meet contractual commitments including the financial, quality, cost efficiency, technical and schedule performance Develop partnerships with both Raytheon and customer cross-functional teams (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) Develop and maintain excellent relationships with multiple customer counterparts Travel to production facility or customer locations for customer meetings, issue resolution, and leadership reviews (twice per month on average) Work with production team on planning, material availability, and resource constraints, while identifying opportunities for cost and schedule efficiencies Leading all capture/proposal activities for future contracts Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements Execute multiple concurrent production, repair, and development contracts Identify strategic opportunities for Raytheon to grow support and scope on the program Support the program team on identification, onboarding, support, and sustainment of complex integrated supply chain Drive a cross-functional, multi company team executing a sustainment program, while simultaneously integrating a design to development program in the same facility Ensure implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan, including proactive schedule risk management, to ensure predictable program performance Responsible for as-needed facilitating and driving contract modifications and changes Prepare and submit monthly contractSDRL/CDRL

Up to 50% travel required to Pittsfield MA and customer locations Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in program management or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Program management experience in multiple program lifecycle phases, including development, transition-to-production, production and/or sustainment Experience leading proposal activity Experience leading cross-functional teams An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start Qualifications We Prefer Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of internal RTX leadership, as well as multiple levels of customer leadership Ability to focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward teams, enabling them to achieve desired results Experience coordinating Teaming Agreements Program Management Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one yearWhat We Offer:

Employee will be remote with the expectation that this role supports a production contract, and regular travel to the production facility to ensure flawless execution is required. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
