Job Description

Overview Joint Technology Solution, Inc. is seeking a Operation Contract Support Specialist that provides Operational Contract Support (OCS) analysis and execution support to
USARCENT G4
to assist with the integration of contracted capabilities into military operations. Supports acquisition analysis, contract integration, and command contract portfolio management activities. This position is contigent upon contract award.
Duties :
Provide OCS analysis and execution support for
USARCENT
operational and logistics requirements. Track contracted support requirements, actions, dependencies, and associated activities. Assist with development, coordination, validation, and tracking of OCS requirements. Analyze contractor and contracted-support dependencies, risks, gaps, and potential impacts to military operations. Support contract visibility, integration, and command contract portfolio management activities. Develop reports, briefings, trackers, assessments, and other OCS decision-support products. Coordinate OCS requirements among operational, logistics, contracting, legal, resource management, and other appropriate staff organizations. Participate in OCS-related meetings, working groups, planning activities, and operational coordination. Support integration of contracted capabilities into operational and logistics planning and execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in government contract management or public sector purchasing with a strong understanding of procurement regulations such as FAR. Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred. Must have 5-8+ years of relevant Operational Contract Support, acquisition, contracting, logistics, or military operations experience preferred. Experience supporting OCS requirements development, validation, integration, or execution preferred. Knowledge of Operational Contract Support principles and processes preferred. Experience coordinating requirements across operational, logistics, contracting, legal, and resource-management organizations preferred. Experience supporting Army, joint, or theater-level operations preferred. Strong analytical, planning, coordination, written, and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
From $25.26 per hour
