Job Summary EEC Solutions is looking for an Acquisition Analyst/Operational Contract Support Specialist (OCS) for HQ USARCENT.Summary Of Responsibilities This position provides Operational Contract Support acquisition analysis, contract integration, and command contract portfolio management to the
USARCENT G4.
The incumbent advises the staff on contract strategies, develops and refines requirements documentation, and maintains the command's visibility of contracted capability across the
USCENTCOM
AOR.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist requiring activities with the development and revision of performance work statements, statements of work, and complete requirements packages.

Analyze contractor performance and recommend revisions as requirements proceed through the acquisition life cycle.

Advise the staff and military leadership on contract strategies and OCS courses of action to close capability gaps between organic military capability and full sustainment support.

Establish and maintain the
USARCENT OCS
Common Operating Picture — contract counts, obligated dollars, supported units, and contractor personnel on the ground.

Review orders, policies, fragmentary orders, and highercommand guidance for OCS implications and staff recommended positions.

Maintain OCS policy and operational guidance documents; track and work major contract management issues to resolution. EEC Solutions Internal Use Only |

Staff Augmentation FY2627 | Page 39 of 54Support OCS planning for exercises, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and contingency operations; participate in planning working groups.

Support contractor personnel accountability and visibility reporting for the AOR.Minimum Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Logistics, Acquisition, or a related field. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Required Experience Minimum five (5) years of operational contract support, acquisition, contracting, or contract management experience in a DoD operational headquarters.
CENTCOM AOR
experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience writing or reviewing PWS/SOW documents and requirements packages.

Required Certifications / Licenses DoD Acquisition Foundational/Practitioner (formerly DAWIA Contracting Level I/II) or
NCMA CFCM/CPCM
preferred.

Joint Operational Contract Support Planning Course (JOCSPC) or Army OCS Course strongly preferred.

Special Requirements U.S. citizenship required.

Must be willing and able to obtain a passport and complete deployment/medical processing if designated.

Active SECRET clearance required by the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications (optional) Former Army 51C Acquisition
NCO, 51A/51C
acquisition officer, or 90A logistics officer.

Prior USARCENT, ARCENT, or
CENTCOM AOR OCS
assignment.

Experience with SPOTES/JAMMS or comparable contractor accountability systems.
