Lien Transportation Company has an immediate opening for a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual to assist with contract administration and project estimating. Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities; the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a working relationship with the office, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crew, with confidentiality and professionalism. Prepare and maintain contracts/subcontracts, permits and associated documents as required for construction projects.
