We are hiring a detail-oriented Media Trafficking Specialist to support TV media campaign launches and creative asset execution. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring all campaign assets, tracking elements, URLs, and creative rotations are accurately set up and launched on time. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced media environments and has strong experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and trafficking platforms. ResponsibilitiesCampaign Trafficking & Asset Management Traffic and manage creative assets for TV campaigns Coordinate creative delivery through platforms such as Extreme Reach Verify language designations, creative rotations, and compliance requirements Ensure accurate landing pages, phone numbers, and tracking destinations are implemented Quality Assurance Conduct comprehensive pre-launch QA checks, including: Creative version accuracy Language verification Ad

validation URL and landing page verification Flight dates and placement confirmations Maintain trafficking grids, asset mapping documents, and launch trackers Identify and escalate discrepancies proactively Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Creative, Production, Media Planning, Analytics, Ad Operations, and external vendors Confirm launch readiness across all teams Communicate risks, updates, and required actions clearly Ensure documentation and assets are properly logged within internal systems Post-Launch Support Monitor campaign launches for accuracy and functionality Assist with troubleshooting and post-launch corrections Support reconciliation and campaign status updates Requirements 2+ years of media trafficking, ad operations, or campaign coordination experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced media environments Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities Ideal Candidate Highly detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Experienced working with media operations and campaign execution workflows
