Full Job Description Job Description:
The Sr. Tender Manager will collaborate with Sales, Technical, Execution, Contracts and Finance leaders to escalate and gain approvals for large and complex SE offers.
What will you do:
Participates in the programming of the project with Sales (and/or the Customer) to understand the project requirements and required deliverables. Responsible for the accurate development and understanding of the more complex solutions and effective presentation materials in the form of proposals and RFP responses. Coordinates and analyzes pricing and technical document production. Works with assigned technical resources to obtain Schneider equipment pricing and margin analyses. Prepares the final version of pricing documents and leads price/scope review meetings with representatives from Sales, Engineering, Pre-construction, Execution and Finance before proposal delivery. Coordinates with SRM and CPO counterparts to plan and manage escalation requirements. Creates financials models necessary for financial analysis (P&Ls, cash curves, etc.) Develops relationships with SME/SMOs to efficiently gain and incorporate feedback into offer package. Presents solution and terms to Country and Global leaders for approvals. Proficient within SharePoint, bFO, SEA systems. Works within strict deadlines for escalation and submission. Drives company resources to meet deadlines. Conducts verbal/written follow up with clients after submission of proposals as required. Ensures accurate information is included in forecasting reports. Prepares documents and works with Finance to book 'won' projects. Organizes and facilitates Proposal/Contract Transition meetings. Supports the construction team as necessary to order and deliver equipment.

BA/MA degree Previous experience as a Tender Manager Experience in data center equipment and terms Experience within the microgrid/EV/semiconductor industry Proven track record in bid management and contract negotiation Strong analytical skills with expertise in risk assessment and mitigation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously Excellence in stakeholder management across marketing, sales, and technical teams Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
