Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of various contractual agreements entered by marketing teams. Assure proper entry of the contracts into the contract management systems. Verify agreements operate within approved parameters and in compliance with the applicable company and regulatory requirements.
  •  Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the system, including its operations and overall capabilities.
  •  Enter monthly pipeline transportation rates into Aligne for transportation and other services provided by the division customers, under the guidance of more experienced administrators.
  •  Begin understanding and learning the differences in the various contract offerings generated by the Contract Administration teams.
  •  Prepare contracts and amendments using standard forms and templates. Update and amend contractual Transaction Confirmation Exhibits as required.
  •  Enter contractual data into the Aligne contract management system, including: o Initial contract setup o Amendments o Name changes o Address changes o Billing information o Other required updates
  •  Administer the various agreements entered into by the Atmos marketing teams. Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions while conforming to applicable state and federal regulations.
  •  Properly process, maintain, and retain contracts and amendments in the appropriate files and records repositories.
  •  Follow SOX procedures and maintain adequate records for audit purposes.
  •  Research and respond to inquiries and data requests from internal and external customers.
  •  Assist with the resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
  •  Perform monthly reviews and reconciliations of preliminary invoices before final invoices are issued to customers.

  •  3-4 years of strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or supply chain experience
  •  Experience managing contract workflows such as Master Service Agreements
  •  Ability to consistently draft contract amendments and document decisions in CLM systems
  •  Communication experience with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Risk, Legal, IT, Treasury) and external suppliers
  •  Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications
  •  Proficiency with computer applications used to create standardized documents, reports, and spreadsheets, including: o FIS Aligne o Oracle A/R Database o Microsoft Office Suite o DocuSign o Laserfiche
  •  Ability to make calculations, reconcile financial statements, and accounts. With also being able to perform analyses involving: o Ratios o Percentages o Simple statistical methods
  •  Bachelor's Degree
  •  Experience from a corporate background
  •  Use of Ariba or Coupa software
