2997294406-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Dynamic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support complex mechanical construction projects, including data centers, healthcare, and industrial facilities. In this role, you will prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements; support bid and buyout activities; track change orders; verify compliance with scopes, insurance, safety, and flow-down requirements; and collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams. The position requires strong contract administration, attention to detail, document control, and communication skills in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements for mechanical construction projects Support bid, buyout, and qualification of subcontractors and vendors Coordinate and track subcontract change orders, amendments, and claims Ensure subcontractor compliance with scope, schedule, safety, insurance, and contractual requirements Maintain accurate subcontract files, logs, and document control systems Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams on procurement strategy Assist with risk identification, negotiation of terms, and flow-down of prime contract requirements Process invoices, lien waivers, and closeout documentation for subcontractors Required Skills Subcontract administration Construction contracting and procurement Contract review and negotiation Change order management Cost tracking and budgeting Document control and records management Risk and compliance management Reading and interpreting construction contracts and scopes ERP or project management software (e.g., Procore, Oracle, SAP) Excel and Microsoft Office
