Job Function Develops, tracks and maintains customer base for assigned contracts Completes and maintains all customer contract forms Provide Best-In-Class customer service commensurate with the policy and objectives of AMI Metals Interface with customer in assigned territories, including, but not limited to, generating sales and profits from assigned contract base. Process Customer orders Provide feedback to Management and Administrative Departments Assist in maintaining A/R integrity with all customers in assigned territory Execute Management strategy for Contract Development Participates in departmental and /or other company meetings. Customer reporting Forecast Review Supervisory Responsibilities- Where applicable, this position directly supervises employee(s) (Contract Assistant(s)). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; advising Contract Management of performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Skills
    EDUCATION
    College education; or six to twelve months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      LANGUAGE SKILLS
      Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
        MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
        Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
          REASONING ABILITY
          Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
            OTHER ABILITIES
            Ability to work irregular hours.
