Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Administrator/Analyst 5 to support lease and revenue-related operations for a regional portfolio in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a Long-term Contract position expected to continue at least through the end of the year, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. The person in this role will help maintain accurate lease records, coordinate tenant communications, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-moving office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Examine lease agreements and supporting documents to capture key business terms, including rent schedules, financial commitments, and critical dates.
- Monitor renewal activity, amendments, rent start dates, and new site openings to keep lease records current and complete.
- Upload and organize lease files and related documentation within designated lease administration platforms and internal systems.
- Maintain lease administration software data, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and aligned with current contract terms.
- Review monthly rent and other payment obligations, audit charges for accuracy, and process items in accordance with company policies and transaction guidelines.
- Prepare letters, notices, and other written communications for tenants while supporting ongoing relationship management and rent-related updates.
- Update internal and external databases with tenant, client, and lease information to preserve reliable reporting and record integrity.
- Respond to calls and inquiries from stakeholders, coordinate across multiple projects, and provide timely administrative support for lease-related activities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous experience in lease administration, transaction coordination, or commercial real estate support is preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial reconciliation, budget review, and audit practices.
- Ability to use specialized software systems and learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, critical dates, and multiple priorities independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and accurate correspondence.
- Proven ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues, tenants, and service partners.
