## Standard Job Description Your Impact You will be the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment - Level 5 for the Global Asset Management (GAM) team which is responsible for supporting GAM inquiries, FIAR initiatives, and warehouse performance across the F‑35 sustainment enterprise. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment - Level 5 you will be responsible for coordinating financial improvement and audit readiness activities, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement in logistics and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include
- Act as LM Aero's liaison on Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives, implementing corrective actions and supporting FIAR‑related proposals and contract execution.
- Support internal and external U.S. Government property audits, gather documentation, and prepare functional teams for FIAR workshops.
- Maintain a risk register, conduct root‑cause analyses, and propose mitigation plans to close actions.
- Conduct periodic warehouse performance reviews, collaborate with DLA and USTC stakeholders, and drive improvements that enhance mission readiness and cost efficiency.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for GAM inquiries arising from program reviews, site stand‑ups, or commercial opportunities, and address additional tasks as organizational needs arise.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- This position is in Fort Worth, TX Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
- Experience in program management, with a focus on defense or aerospace programs.
- Experience leading complex projects.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in risk management, mitigation, and resolution.
- Experience or familiarity working with USG and Foreign stakeholders, such as program offices, logistics commands, and operational units.
- Experience or familiarity with US and Foreign Nation Import and Export Regulations and Procedures.
- Experience or familiarity with Government Furnished Property Policy/Regulations, management and best practices. ## Desired Skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
