Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Program Management Subcontract Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and lead a team of subcontract managers in support of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program. What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated Program Management Subcontract Manager (SPM) to support the PrSM program. The PrSM program is a production program which requires an agile SPM to manage a team of SCMs responsible for Cost, Schedule, Technical performance of the suppliers in support of the PrSM program. This role will also include additional assignments to include Cost Account Manager (CAM), Supplier Affordability Management Leadership, Risk Management Leadership, and/or Proposal Management Leadership in support of all phases of the PrSM program. The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
