Job Description

This position is a full-time, office-based position in Austin or Houston, TX and will be a member of the WhiteWater Supply Chain team. Responsibilities include drafting, amending, and reviewing contracts, managing service requests, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and manage supplier and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards, including review of contract redlines, identification of contractual deviations and key issues, preparation of preliminary contract comments, and coordination of stakeholder review and negotiation responses. Support department with contract creation using standard WhiteWater templates, preparing amendments, renewals and managing negotiations Coordinate with legal in determining risk assessment should amendments or non-standard terms arise Monitor contract terms, pricing agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery commitments Communicate contract updates, expiration timelines, and compliance requirements internally Enter new and amended contracts into the applicable systems Review invoices and purchase orders to verify alignment with contractual terms and pricing agreements Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution, administration, and issue resolution. Prepare contracts and contract summaries for review and execution by management Review and audit contract management and vendor compliance systems to ensure data integrity, maintain required documentation, and monitor supplier compliance requirements. Provide assistance to internal stakeholders and vendors on contractual issues Perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and contract administration workflows
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent 5+ years of direct Supply Chain experience coordinating contract renewals and amendments with procurement, legal, and supplier stakeholders Experience reviewing contract redlines and preparing contract summaries preferred High proficiency in MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word Experience using Gatekeeper, NetSuite Enverus, OpenInvoice, and Veriforce preferred Demonstrated knowledge of workflow and business procedures Data analysis and reporting Excellent problem solving, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to keep to assigned schedule Communication and Teamwork skills required: Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and effectively collaborate with others to optimize team success
