Commercial Contract Analyst I•Land (Onsite•Houston, TX)
Pay Rate:
$30•34/hr. (W-2, based on experience)

Downtown Houston, TX Job Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Contract Analyst I•Land with 1-3 years of experience to support our client in the mid-stream oil & gas industry. This onsite role involves reviewing, managing, and archiving commercial agreements and related data within internal systems. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling both digital records and physical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile data between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and gFlow system applications Link agreements using unique ID numbers in the Commercial Contracts Repository Review contract status for renewal or termination opportunities Scan and upload documents into the internal contract management system Prepare records retention and archiving forms, capturing key agreement data Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for contract tracking Support internal teams with data and documentation request
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience in contracts, leases, document control, or administrative support pertaining to land Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and large file folders Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience interpreting commercial contracts Familiarity with any of the following tools: Quorum eSuite Quorum QCM Quorum TIPS PowerPoint Microsoft Visio Benefits (available to purchase): Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
