JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating Matheson contracts between Regional/Direct Bulk Sales organizations and MTG Management. Will be the centralized account and pricing administrator. Special projects management and/or team member. Essential Functions Maintain Matheson Customer Sales Agreements Responsible for all account and pricing system set up and maintenance Provide general and administrative and clerical support Prepare and distribute communication to client base Maintain and update the Contract log on a weekly basis. Provide training for sales representatives on utilizing the Contract Log and other appropriate contract information.
Monthly reporting distribution and management:
Regional consumption reports, sales trend analysis, customer volume trend analysis Manage contract approval process Required for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Associate's Degree Preferred HS Diploma Required Work Experience 1-3 years of General Office Administration, Data Entry, MS Office, Computer Skills Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Organizational Skills, Time Management, Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, detail oriented
