Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented Contract Review Specialist to support a large-scale contract analysis initiative. This role will focus on reviewing customer agreements, identifying critical contractual language, and organizing findings into a centralized tracking system for internal business use. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with contracts in a corporate environment and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer contracts to identify important terms, obligations, and risk-related language Extract and summarize specific contractual provisions based on internal guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of findings within Excel or similar tracking tools Support the development of a searchable and organized contract reference database Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) software consistently throughout daily workflows Ensure accuracy and completeness when handling high volumes of contract data Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to clarify contract-related information Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract review, contract administration, legal support, or a related field Previous experience in a corporate setting preferred; manufacturing industry exposure is a plus Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform Prior experience supporting a publicly traded company is a plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
