The position provides analytical, research, coordination, and administrative support across the business development lifecycle, from early opportunity identification through proposal submission. Key Responsibilities Research and track Federal Government opportunities, customers, competitors, contract vehicles, and industry partners. Support opportunity assessments, pipeline management, capture activities, and business development reporting. Maintain opportunity, partner, past performance, resume, and proposal-related information and repositories. Review solicitations and assist with identifying submission requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements. Coordinate proposal schedules, assignments, meetings, document control, reviews, and submission activities. Develop and maintain proposal templates, compliance matrices, trackers, and supporting documentation. Coordinate inputs from technical, staffing, pricing, contracts, business development, and executive stakeholders. Support preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought responses, capability statements, presentations, and proposals. Perform quality-control reviews for completeness, consistency, formatting, and compliance. Support continuous improvement of Osi Vision's business development and proposal processes, tools, knowledge management, and AI-enabled workflows, including the responsible use of generative AI tools to support research, content development, document review, and process efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, public administration, information technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of business development, proposal, project coordination, research, or related professional experience preferred. Strong writing, research, organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Federal contracting, GovCon, proposal development, or business development experience is preferred. Familiarity with generative AI tools and their practical use in research, writing, document development, data organization, or workflow automation is preferred.
