Job Summary Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a Subcontracts Administrator in Alexandria, VA to lead pre- and post-award subcontract administration, solicitations, and orders in full compliance with Invictus policies and federal regulations. Responsibilities include creating RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating NDAs and subcontracts, and ensuring CPSR/compliance throughout the contract life cycle.
