Role Overview:
A Proposal Manager leads the development of winning federal (B2G) or commercial (B2B) proposals, and has project management skills and leadership experience. This includes overall development, maintenance, and execution of proposal development plan and schedule, and day-to-day focus, prioritization, and leadership to develop a compliant and compelling proposal. They manage a proposal team including volume leads, proposal writers, graphic artists and desktop publishers.
