The outcome we are looking for is a trusted knowledge base when it comes to contract law, especially around Other Transactions (OTs) Agreements (OTAs). We are a small business. It would be of great value if the contract manager candidate could also support proposal efforts to include pricing and management volumes along with proofreading them.
