Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has teamed with several prominent and successful companies in the Metro DC area to identify junior to senior-level Contracts Administrators. Responsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance toDCAA/DCMA
requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiations Working with various contracts such as, T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQ and BPAs Maintain contract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirementsQualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of 3 years of experience with cradle-to-grave commercial, federal, state and local government contract administration Solid understanding of regulations including FAR, DFAR, AIDAR and CAS Understanding of UCC is preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge of CPSR requirements is highly desired Notice for applicants: This posting is an evergreen talent pipeline for prospective placement opportunities and is not tied to a single requisition.
