Job Description

job summary: A Subcontract Analyst is needed for a leading utility. The Subcontract Analyst will manage pre- and post-award subcontracts administration. This role utilizes critical thinking to structure specialized contract vehicles, resolve complex issues, and analyze regulatory trends affecting organizational objectives. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and five + years in contract management or analysis. A thorough understanding of contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M), construction contracting concepts, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with JD Edwards software are also ideal. Relocation will be considered for qualified candidates.
