We are seeking applicants for a full-time Contract Administrator responsible for supporting the contracts, purchasing, and proposal functions of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation: Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts and related documents. Maintain contract files and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date. Monitor contract deadlines and deliverables to ensure compliance. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding contract status and requirements. Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records. Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Support inventory tracking and procurement reporting. Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposal documents. Organize and maintain proposal files and templates. Track proposal submissions and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for proposals. Other duties as assigned Occasional travel to visit military bases and installations

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
The following qualifications represent the training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or work experience required to perform the essential duties and responsibilities successfully: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software and CRM systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Three to five years of relevant experience required Knowledge of disability policy and experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Expertise in contract pricing and cost analysis Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical demands : Performing the duties of this job requires near visual acuity, the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds, and gross manipulation. Additionally, the employee: Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds Must be able to endure prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Preparation of reports and presentations will require extensive keyboarding Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal and the temperature may vary with seasonal changes.
