This role involves interfacing with all levels of management and functions (Program Office, Finance, Operations, Quality, etc.) within BAE Systems as well as with our USN Customer. As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will work with internal team members and our customers to shape and close business opportunities in concert with internal Maritime Solutions Norfolk objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Consistently work on and provide guidance on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues in compliance with contract requirements and company policies and procedures. Interact with teams to gather, interpret, analyze, and present information while also developing and recommending strategies Ensure compliance with BAE policies and procedures, as well as legal, regulatory and customer requirements. Prepare, negotiate and manage complex proposals and contract changes. Provide guidance to the Program and Operation teams on government and commercial contracting solutions. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Finance, Operations and Quality teams. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of contracts experience OR equivalent education/experience Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prepare letters, spreadsheets and presentations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with diverse work teams Strong analytical skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$75254 - $127930 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
