Nightwing Contracts is seeking a- Contracts Manager
- to support the High Consequence Missions (HCM) Business within Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC (NW).
- Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- + Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities to enable proper contract acquisition.
Requirements:
- + Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Contract Management, Negotiations, or related fields.
FAR/DFAR
regulations and ability to apply them appropriately, with an understanding of standard Prime Contractor flow down provisions.- Required Education (including Major):
- + Bachelor's degree in business, finance or + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years experience.
- Salary & Benefits
- The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
