Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage lease agreements and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
- Organize and track critical lease dates, including renewals, expirations, and rent adjustments.
- Coordinate insurance documentation and ensure compliance with lease requirements.
- Prepare lease abstracts and distribute them to relevant departments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and lease-related analyses.
- Communicate effectively with landlords and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the Vice President of Real Estate with lease negotiations and renewals.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Monitor and recover security deposits, letters of credit, and other financial guarantees as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease administration processes.
