Job Description
Job description: A Contract Quoting Administrator would be responsible for the entire bid/quoting process from reviewing potential opportunities, submitting proposals, and managing procurements and coordinating installations on projects awarded. The successful candidate would ensure that all necessary information is gathered, proposals are compliant with client requirements, and the quotes/bids are delivered on time. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is key to developing winning strategies and optimize the company's chances of securing new business. The candidate would also be responsible for maintaining government contracts and negotiating contracts with general contractors on government projects.
