Precision Pipeline LLC is the first pipeline contractor uniquely designed to work within today's stringent pipeline industry. Known as the "Next Generation Pipeline Contractor," Precision has built a foundation of forward-thinking industry veterans to specialize in mainline cross-country pipeline, pipeline looping, laterals, rehabilitation, and station construction.Job Summary:
The Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for supporting the procurement and administration of subcontracted work. This role ensures subcontract agreements are properly executed, compliant, and aligned with project and company requirements.Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with Estimating to prepare, issue, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
- Ensure subcontract terms align with prime contract requirements
- Track subcontractor compliance (insurance, certifications, documentation)
- Support subcontract negotiations and change order management
- Maintain subcontract files, logs, and documentation
- Assist project teams throughout the lifecycle of subcontracted work
- Perform additional duties as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Business, or related field) 2+ years of experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or construction support preferredPreferred Experience:
- Experience supporting subcontract administration, procurement, or contract management in construction or related industries
- Familiarity with subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and construction contract terms and conditions
- Experience soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids and proposals
- Experience tracking subcontractor compliance (insurance, bonding, certifications, etc.)
- Experience working with estimating and project teams to define scopes and pricing
Work Location:
- In person (Eau Claire, WI Office)
NOTE:

$70,000.00- $80,000.
