About the Role Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract & Subscription Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer subscriptions, vendor agreements, and service contracts. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue optimization across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and experienced in managing multiple agreements while building strong relationships across departments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure contracts are properly maintained, renewals are proactively managed, compliance requirements are met, and subscription processes support long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts and subscription agreements, including renewals, amendments, onboarding, upgrades, downgrades, and terminations Draft, review, organize, and maintain service agreements and subscription documentation Conduct organization-wide contract audits and coordinate with department leaders to maintain accurate agreement records Maintain contract management systems and subscription databases to ensure timely tracking of renewals, expirations, notifications, and compliance obligations Partner with Executive Leadership and Legal teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and risk management standards Coordinate with Finance and Billing teams regarding invoicing, subscription tracking, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements Analyze subscription performance metrics including renewals, churn trends, contract utilization, and customer retention data Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contract-related inquiries Ensure all agreements comply with applicable regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies through automation and best practices Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and communication records Support organizational growth initiatives through operational reporting and process optimization What Success Looks Like Successful candidates in this role will: Maintain highly accurate and organized contract and subscription records Proactively manage renewals and reduce missed deadlines or compliance risks Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and reporting enhancements Build strong collaborative relationships across departments Contribute to improved subscription retention, operational visibility, and organizational scalability Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience may be considered Preferred Certifications Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) Subscription Management Certification Other related contract, compliance, or operational certifications Additional Qualifications Working knowledge of contract administration, subscription business models, SaaS agreements, or licensing structures preferred Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, subscription operations, vendor management, or related administrative functions Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments including Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership Experience analyzing subscription metrics, renewals, and operational reporting Experience with contract lifecycle management or subscription platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Icertis, ContractWorks, Zuora, or similar systems preferred Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, technology, professional services, or recurring revenue environments preferred Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to interpret, review, and manage contract language accurately Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, agreements, and deadlines simultaneously Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Commitment to operational excellence and customer service Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary, office-based work environment Frequent computer and administrative work requiring repetitive hand and finger motion Occasional standing, walking, and movement throughout the clinic environment Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 10 pounds Standard full-time work schedule in a professional clinic setting Equal Opportunity Employer Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is an equal opportunity employer.
