Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the operations of multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve processes, and enhance overall business performance. Supervise and mentor store managers and team members, fostering a motivated, engaged workforce committed to excellence. Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability across all locations. Drive business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, building community relationships, and expanding customer base. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across units. Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, providing coaching and support to achieve or exceed targets. Requirements Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams and leading multi-unit operations. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience in process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency. Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop strategies that increase revenue streams. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build relationships with staff, customers, and community partners.
