Job Description

Radiology Manager of Diagnostic Procedures Oversee daily operations of Imaging Services to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
COMPENSATION
$55-$85 PER
HOUR SIGN ON BONUS

REQUIREMENTS
CRT / Certified Radiologic Technologist (Must have CRT license) Bachelor's Degree is preferred Must have CT experience Must have leadership experience Tuition Loan Reimbursement Benefits, medical, vision, dental
JOB OVERVIEW
Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff; assist with hiring and disciplinary actions. Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and policy compliance. Work with lead technologists to maintain workflow, patient scheduling, and timely completion of studies. Maintain positive staff morale and strong communication within the department and across the organization. Assist with department budgeting, productivity, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with state, local, and Joint Commission standards. Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning safely. Support continuous department improvement and operational efficiency. Maintain department policies and procedures; provide staff education and ongoing training. Promote professional development and stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes. Report workplace injuries and coordinate modified duty assignments when appropriate. Serve as Director designee when needed. Deliver patient-centered care while addressing the cultural, linguistic, spiritual, and age-specific needs of patients and families.
