Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the drive-thru team to deliver outstanding customer service efficiently. Ensure smooth drive-thru operations during all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime. Coach and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and speed. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about creating a positive and fun customer experience.
