Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and hair styling Lead consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans while providing thorough product demos and aftercare instructions Oversee sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to maintain a safe and sterile environment for clients and staff Experience Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Arizona. Proven 12 months+ Medspa experience with expertise in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, nail care or related aesthetic procedures Strong management skills with previous leadership roles overseeing staff in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with salon or medspa software such as Millennium or
